This year we are going to work on cinema with our pupils between 16-19years old.We are going to make our pupils to think about the people who are otherized by means of cinema. We are going to make analysis on movies. Furthermore we are going to create short movies by using Web 2 tools. We are going to inform our pupils about cinema history, the relationship between cinema and literature and art on zoom. We are going to meet our students with various experts on cinema. Meetings that are done on zoom will be translated by our English teachers. Hope to meet in this good and effective project.
GOALS
In addition to getting to know the art of cinema closely, our students will be able to empathize with the people or communities marginalized in the society with the method of film analysis, to help them establish the relationship between art branches and science, to enable them to develop in language and literature, to gain a critical perspective, visual reading skills and cinema. We also aim to enable them to use web 2 tools effectively and to bring them together with experts related to our subjects.
WORKING PROCESS
A division of labor will be made within our annual plan, and it will continue between October 2021 and June 2022. Some of our studies and trainings will be online, spontaneous translation will be made for our foreign partners. A division of labor will be created together with the plan members.
EXPECTED RESULTS
At the end of the project, we plan to shoot a joint short film and share it on Twinspace.
